My areas of practice included income taxation for individuals, partnerships, corporations, gifts, estates and trusts. Financial Planner: 10/1995 through present. I am registered with Avantax Financial Services, Irving, Texas. Licenses held: Series 6, Series 7, Series 65, Series 63, New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance, Individual Producer Life and Health.

Member of the Planning Board and the Board of Adjustment, Borough of Allenhurst, New Jersey: 1/2000 through 12/31/01. I served an earlier term with this Planning Board and Board of Adjustment.

Mediator, Ocean County Court System: 2008. Court trained and appointed mediator.

Arbitrator: NYSE, NASD and FINRA: 11/2002 through present. I have served as a panel member on more than 60 arbitrations. I have participated in many cases that have resulted in Publicly Available Awards. I have served as Chairperson on several Arbitrations.
